The best place on earth....

The day we (and the pups) fell in love with Gwithian was the day we got engaged on its stunning beach. Stretching for three miles, Gwithian's white sands and crystal-clear waters are nothing short of breathtaking, even when the weather isn't on its best behavior.

Since that moment, we’ve found ourselves returning time and again, sometimes just the two of us, sometimes with friends in tow. Our favourite spot to stay is the wonderful Three Mile Beach, but there are plenty of other charming accommodations nearby - check out the "Travel" tab for recommendations.

The local warmth is as inviting as the landscape itself, and we highly recommend stopping by the Red River Inn, a friendly pub just a short hop from the venue and the beach, for a cheeky drink or two.

If you’re looking for somewhere great to eat, we’d highly recommend Ombak - a gorgeous Asian restaurant just a short stroll from the beach in Gwithian. The food is incredible, and the team there are wonderfully welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do.

For nature lovers, there’s a picturesque (and relatively easy) coastal walk to Mutton Cove, where, if luck is on your side, you might catch a glimpse of grey seals lounging along the shore.

We can’t wait to share this very special place with you for a weekend of celebration, surrounded by its beauty and charm. Gwithian holds such a meaningful spot in our hearts, and we’re thrilled to create new memories there with all of you!

Surf

For the adventurous types, Gwithian is a fantastic spot for surfing. You can book lessons or hire boards from Sunset Surf, conveniently located right by Three Mile Beach opposite the Gwithian Towans Car Park.
