For the adventurous types, Gwithian is a fantastic spot for surfing. You can book lessons or hire boards from Sunset Surf, conveniently located right by Three Mile Beach opposite the Gwithian Towans Car Park. They also serve great food along with both hot and cold drinks — perfect for refuelling however you fancy!
